How are chops ordered?
To order chops, specify the moulding number and rabbet dimensions. Frames will be mitered with an added allowance of 1/8" unless otherwise specified. A footage minimum of 4' will be charged.

How are orders shipped?
Orders will be shipped within 24 hours from order receipt. Shipment will be made via United Parcel Service F.O.B. Wyoming, Michigan; and is subject to U.P.S. size and weight limitations.
Free U.P.S. on chop orders of $50.00 or more. A packing and handling charge of $4.00 will be added to all orders less than $35.00 net. Payment is required either by credit at time of order or C.O.D.

Mat board shipments via U.P.S. require 20 sheets of mat board to fill the box, or fill with combination flaw board, 3X board or foam core. Average weight of U.P.S. mat board box is 30 lbs.

Length moulding is sold with a 1 stick minium. Most wood mouldings come in 8' or 10' lengths. Metal moulding is 10' in length. Orders for moulding specifying U.P.S. shipment must be cut to conform to maximum size of 108". Please be sure to specify desired lengths.

What if my shipment arrives damaged?
Zimdar Enterprises is not responsible for damaged shipments. If damaged merchandise is received, save the carton and all packaging materials. Call your nearest U.P.S. office (call collect if necessary) to request an inspection. When U.P.S. accepts responsibility for the damages, they will issue a claim number to Zimdar Enterprises giving us the authority to remove charges from your account. No claims can be settled without following this procedure.

What if my shipment includes shortages or errors?
Returned merchandise must have prior authorization from Zimdar Enterprises. Report any errors directly to Zimdar Enterprises within 2 days of receipt.

Does Zimdar Enterprises have cut and join service?
Zimdar Enterprises will chop and assemble any of our mouldings to your specifications. The cut and join price is the moulding cost plus 20% plus any freight costs.
