Hello there,

Thank you!

Those two words don’t adequately express our gratitude and appreciation for your support over the past 14 months.  You supported, encouraged and motivated us during the 68 days we were closed due to the stay at home orders and you’ve delighted and inspired us with all the framing projects you’ve brought to our design table since we reopened.  We are so happy we can create wonderful frame designs for your photos, art, prints, posters, memorabilia, and more.  That’s what we love to do!  Thank you!

I am also extremely grateful for the resilience, attitude and spirit of all our Frames Unlimited Team Members.  They have been unwavering in their commitment to provide you with the best possible frame and mat designs and service in this difficult and everchanging environment. I am proud to have them all a part of the Frames Unlimited Family.

While we know we are not ‘out of the woods’ yet, I believe we are all starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel to this whole mess.  More people being vaccinated will lead to the easing of certain restrictions and allow things to get closer to normal.  Please know that we will continue to create a safe in store experience for you and our team members, continuing to follow the CDC, state and local mandates and guidelines.

We look forward to maintaining and enhancing our connection with each of you, whether that be in person at one of our stores, any of our social media channels or via email.  We always welcome your feedback or stories/images of what you are framing and why it’s important to you.

Thank you again for the continued support.  Stay safe and healthy,

Kyle W. Zimdar and the entire Frames Unlimited Family

Hello there,

We continue to miss you and the interactions we have in our stores when you bring us wonderful items to preserve and display in a framing project.  We hope you and yours are staying safe and healthy.

It has been three weeks since I last emailed and six weeks since our stores have been closed due to the stay at home orders. Some days it feels much longer than that, other days much shorter.

Thank you to those of you on the frontlines of this whole situation…the healthcare workers, the first responders, the grocers, the delivery drivers, the farmers, the essential service workers, and everyone that continues to support our daily lives.  Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

I have continued to have wonderful email and Facebook messenger conversations with several of you.  Many of you have asked how you can best support Frames Unlimited now and in the future.  I am very grateful you are asking.  Right now, if you are interested, the best way you can support us are:

  • to ‘follow’, ‘comment’, ‘share’, ‘like’ and interact with us on Facebook and Instagram
  • Order gift certificates online. We typically do a lot of framing projects for Mother’s Day – since we can’t do that this year a gift certificate for a future project would make a great gift.  (10% off gift certificates until May 4th – order by then to ensure delivery before Mother’s Day).
  • Stay in touch with us – let us know how you are doing, what is keeping you inspired and what you are looking forward to framing in the future.

As we reopen our stores, we look forward to helping you create wonderful frame designs for your photos, art, prints, posters, memorabilia, etc.  That’s what we love to do and can’t wait to start doing that with you again soon.

Details on the timing of store openings will be coming in the next week or so.  Be assured we will follow all CDC, state and local mandates and guidelines to keep you and our team members safe.  We are fortunate that our way of helping you is often a one-one-on without many other customers in the store, allowing us to be extra safe during your time with us.

Thank you for the continued support.  Stay safe and healthy,

Hello there,

We miss you.

We hope you and yours are staying safe and healthy.  We miss seeing your smiling faces and hearing the stories about the items you bring us to preserve and display with framing and matting.

We are following Governor Whitmer’s (MI) and Governor DeWine’s (OH) ‘Stay at Home’ orders and continue to be temporarily closed as a non-essential business.  When those orders are lifted, we will reopen to serve you, our wonderful customers, once again.

In the meantime, the best ways to connect with us are via the following methods.  We have been posting regularly on Facebook and would love for you to like/follow us there.  Posts have included past projects at our stores, restoration projects, inspirational quotes from artists and I think Grover from Sesame Street even made an appearance.

As a reminder to those of you with orders ‘in process’ when the ‘Stay at Home’ orders were instituted – we promise we will work as quickly as possible to complete your order when we reopen.

I’ve had several wonderful email conversations and Facebook messages back and forth with several of you…asking about certain products or services we offer, getting some design help/ideas and just general words of support.  Keep those coming, I’m enjoying them immensely.

Stay safe and healthy,

To all our valued customers,

We have made the decision to temporarily close our retail stores and offices due to the impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19).  All our team members and families are safe and healthy.  Their continued health, as well as the health of our customers and the communities we serve and live within is our top priority.

We will reopen.

Our greatest joy as framers is helping you find that perfect frame and mat for whatever wonderful piece of art you’ve placed on our design counter.  Whether that art is a family photo, a memento from vacation, original art, sports memorabilia, or just an image you love …. knowing the end result of your project is hanging in your home, puts a smile on your face or helps you tell a story to a friend or visitor gives us immense pleasure.  We are disappointed we won’t be able to do that for you for the time being.  Right now, our homes have a greater importance than any other time in our lives, and I hope we’ve helped you put something beautiful on those walls to enjoy.  Treasure the people you are with and relish your art and framing.

Please stay in touch with us for any additional updates or information through these channels:

If you would like to support our small, family owned business (and get a deal) while we are closed, we are selling gift certificates online at a discounted price – just click the button above to purchase.

If you have an order in process at any of our stores, we will get that completed as quickly as possible once we return.  Anyone with a completed order should have been contacted by an associate with available pick up times prior to this email.

If you have any questions, need to contact us or want to share a picture of framed art that’s on your wall, please email us at info@framesunlimited.com (or message us on FB) and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.

We appreciate your support and understanding during this unprecedented time and look forward to helping you create beautiful framing projects when we return.

Sincerely,

Kyle W. Zimdar, President

Dear Valued Customer,

As the communities we serve and live within continue to feel the increased impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19), our top priority is keeping you and our associates safe and healthy.

As part of our protocols, our stores have heightened their cleaning and disinfecting procedures to maintain a healthy environment for our customers and associates. We have instructed anyone who is not feeling well to stay home out of an abundance of caution and self-monitor their symptoms.  All associates have been instructed to continue to follow the CDC’s hygiene recommendations.  And while we love the handshakes, hugs and high fives we often get when you see your completed framing project, we are asking those be delayed until this virus is contained.

We do not foresee any changes to our normal business operations and look forward to helping you with any framing projects you have.  We understand this is an unprecedented time and the situation is rapidly evolving.  As such, we will continue to closely monitor information and directives from the CDC and state and local governments.  We will keep you updated if anything changes regarding how we will serve you, our customer.

Sincerely,

Kyle Zimdar, President
