Frames Unlimited: The Official Custom Framer of ArtPrize
ArtPrize isn’t just an art competition, it’s a celebration of creativity that brings the community together. Since ArtPrize first began in 2009, artists from all around the world have come together to transform Grand Rapids into an immersive gallery of inspiration and expression. This year, we are proud to announce our involvement as the Official Custom Framer of ArtPrize!
Frames Unlimited has partnered with ArtPrize for years, helping bring artists’ work to life through our professional custom framing. Over the years, we’ve collaborated with numerous artists, providing our design expertise and specialized craftsmanship to enhance each piece of art. From selecting the perfect frame and mat combination to providing museum-quality glass and materials, we ensure that every piece gets the attention it deserves. On average, we frame an estimated 20–30 ArtPrize pieces each year, supporting the creators at every step of the process.
In early October, ArtPrize will be taken off the streets. However, Frames Unlimited ensures the celebration continues. Beginning October 15th, we will be hosting an in-store art show called PostPrize. This is a special showcase featuring select ArtPrize pieces from multiple venues, giving the community another opportunity to check out their favorite pieces or pieces they missed, along with the chance to purchase. Our commitment to artists doesn’t end when ArtPrize does; it only grows stronger.
